Dear customers,

Since we also ship fragile goods, this requires special packaging, as well as a reliable logistics partner. Therefore, we have opted for insured shipping with UPS. Our goods are shipped in special, tested and unbreakable bottle cartons, so that the goods arrive safely and quickly. For larger and heavier shipments we ship the goods by freight carrier. Fashion is shipped in special boxes waterproof bags.

The delivery and shipping costs are one-time, no matter how many pieces or bottles you order. This includes the costs of a tested packaging, filling material as well as logistics, storage and shipping costs.

All shipping costs include the statutory VAT of currently 19%.

    We offer free shipping within Germany from a gross value above 100 €.


  • We charge 10 € shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Luxenbourg, Netherlands.
    We offer free shipping to the mentioned destinations from a gross value above 120 €.
  • We charge 15 € shipping costs to Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain, United Kingdom.
    We offer free shipping to the mentioned destinations from a gross value above 150 €.
  • We charge 20 € shipping costs to Ireland, Liechtenstein, Portugal.
    We offer free shipping to the mentioned destinations from a gross value above 150 €.

North America

  • We charge 40 € shipping costs to Canada, United States.
    We offer free shipping to the mentioned destinations from a gross value above 250 €.

2. Delivery
Stock items will be shipped to german destinations within germany 1-3 days of receiving the order.

(2) Stock items will be shipped to other European states within 2-7 days of receiving the order.

B. Payment

1. Ordering process
If you have found the product you are looking for, you can add it to the shopping cart by clicking on the button of the same name. An order of the goods presented in the online shop comprises oft he following steps:

Selection of the product. Selection of the style/size/type of the product. Adding the goods tot he cart by clicking „add to cart“. Examination of the chosen goods and styles/sizes/types by clicking the button „view cart“ without any obligation. You can remove the products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the button "Delete". If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the 'Next' button. You will then be asked to enter your personal information and choose the method of payment. Before submitting the order, you will once again see the data you entered and have the opportunity to correct it by clicking on the 'Back' button. You can cancel the order process at any time by closing the browser window or by clicking on the button 'Send order'.

2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the button "Send order" you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within five days. The contract language is German.

2.1 Performance Reservations
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the correct and timely delivery by our suppliers, provided that we have concluded a specific cover transaction and are not supplied by the supplier without our own fault. The customer is informed immediately about the unavailability of the goods. Any consideration already paid will be refunded immediately.

3. Contract storage
(1) We store your order data and send them to you together with our terms and conditions by e-mail. The terms and conditions can be viewed at any time here under terms and conditions. You can see your order data in our customer login area.

4. Payment methods
(1) The invoice amount is paid in advance, Paypal, credit card (Ipayment).

For credit card payments, your account will be debited upon acceptance of the order.
